I hired Chitown Fixers to replace the tile in my kitchen, and the project ended up turning into a full kitchen remodel! Vlad handled every change so well! I was very worried about how long it would take once we cleared everything out...decided we didn't want the old cabinets..and hadn't even designed the new kitchen yet. Vlad explained options clearly, worked with me on things I could do to speed up the process (like get certain items from store) and made sure the work was done right. It really impressed how he adapted when the scope of the job grew. Working weekends to fit this project in while they had other projects. The craftsmanship is excellent, and my kitchen now looks amazing. They were respectful of my home, cleaned up daily, and vlad gave a very fair price. Vlad contacted me quickly and we made a plan for him to come and look at the project we needed done-shelving in a bedroom closet. He was prompt and professional. He helped me develop a plan and within days sent a rendering of what I wanted along with materials needed, time of completion and price. I was very satisfied with everything.
